Essential Qualifications: 1+ year of customer service experience Open availability (this is a seasonal position) A high school diploma or GED A quiet, distraction-free environment to work from in your home Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking Eagerness to learn new technologies Strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge A desktop or laptop to complete PC and internet testing Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience working in a remote or virtual environment Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software Basic technical knowledge and troubleshooting skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Skills and Competencies: To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
