About the Role We're seeking an experienced and skilled Seasonal Customer Care Specialist to join our team on a remote, full-time basis. As a Seasonal Customer Care Specialist at arenaflex, you will be the voice of our brand, providing exceptional customer service to our internal and external customers. This is a temporary position, estimated to last between 8-20 weeks, and requires availability to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays. Key Responsibilities Promptly answer and respond to all customer calls and emails, resolving issues effectively and with the arenaflex spirit. Follow up swiftly on any unresolved customer issues, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty. Make thoughtful, smart decisions on the fly, always keeping our corporate values at the top of your mind to ensure customer satisfaction. Suggest and improve customer service processes and documentation procedures to enhance our customer experience. Help train and support other team members as needed, promoting a culture of collaboration and knowledge-sharing. Proactively communicate with various teams to enhance our customer experience in stores and on our website. Perform other duties as assigned, demonstrating your flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment. Essential Job Functions Arrive at your scheduled shift ready to answer incoming customer service calls and emails by the opening of generally recognized corporate business hours or as directed by the Department Lead or Department Manager. Utilize available technology and resources to ensure all calls and emails are answered during business hours, providing a seamless customer experience. Be the voice of arenaflex to internal and external customers, providing "WOW" customer service and representing our brand image at all times. Requirements To be successful in this role, you'll need: 1-2 years of retail and/or customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences. Superior verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner. Ability to multi-task effectively and efficiently, prioritizing tasks and managing your time to meet deadlines. Very strong organizational skills, with a big emphasis on follow-through and attention to detail. Excellent data entry skills, with the ability to learn multiple systems rapidly and adapt to new technologies. Ability to maintain a positive attitude in all situations, representing the arenaflex brand in all aspects and promoting a positive, solutions-focused approach. Team player mentality, with a willingness to collaborate with others and support the team in achieving our goals. Extremely process-oriented, with a focus on efficiency, effectiveness, and quality in all aspects of your work. Preferred Qualifications Previous experience working in a remote or virtual environment, with the ability to self-motivate and work independently. Familiarity with customer service software and technology, including CRM systems and helpdesk tools. Knowledge of the fashion-lifestyle industry, with a passion for our brand and products.
