About the Role We are now seeking an experienced Salesforce Systems Manager to join our team on a full-time or part-time, permanent basis. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in managing and enhancing our Salesforce-based systems to support our wide-ranging services and ensure effective solutions. This will involve working closely with internal teams to assess their needs, developing and maintaining Salesforce solutions, providing user training, and ensuring efficient data migration and system adoption. Key Responsibilities: Lead system implementations for new services Resolve operational and technical issues to improve business performance Support services in using their data to showcase their impact Develop and maintain Salesforce solutions Provide user training and support Ensure efficient data migration and system adoption About You To be considered for this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills: Essential Qualifications and Skills: Experience in Salesforce covering advanced administration, process automation, declarative development, training, and support Experience implementing simple automated processes using Salesforce Flow to address simple business challenges Experience defining and developing new business systems Experience in the analysis and reporting of management information and performance indicators Considerable expertise working with Excel for analysis and data manipulation Preferred Qualifications and Skills: Experience working in a charity or non-profit organisation Experience working with cloud-based platforms Experience in data analysis and reporting Experience in system implementation and project management About Our Work Environment and Culture We are a compassionate and people-focused organisation that values diversity and is strongly committed to providing equal employment opportunities for all employees and all applicants for employment.
