Job Summary We're now hiring for an Experienced Sales Representative to join our evening shift team. As a key member of our sales team, you'll have the opportunity to drive your own success with uncapped commission potential, an average of $60,000 or more, with many members of our sales force on pace to earn over $100,000 this year! Responsibilities and Duties As an Experienced Sales Representative, you'll be responsible for: Working an evening shift (3PM to 11PM CST Monday-Friday or Sunday - Thursday) Completing 2 weeks of training (Monday - Friday 9AM-5PM CST) Answering a high volume of inbound and outbound calls to prospective customers Averaging 100-150 calls per day and closing 4 to 6 sales daily Identifying the needs of prospective customers and selling the motor vehicle contract that best protects their investment Masterfully overcoming objections by leveraging rebuttal tactics Persuasively educating consumers on the benefits and value of a vehicle service contract Remaining open to constructive feedback, training, and mentorship from managers and leaders Working effectively as a team-player, contributing to a positive environment Being interactive and communicative with management and co-workers in a visible manner, requiring camera usage for training, team meetings, and meetings with management Other duties as assigned Qualifications To be successful in this role, you'll need: A can-do attitude and driven mindset A desire to win and achieve consistently The ability to analyze problems and take effective action Strong computer literacy and prior knowledge of a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system Goal-oriented, with high standards for yourself and a willingness to work to achieve them Excellent verbal and written communication skills A passion for being part of a high-performing team, but motivated by individual accomplishments A healthy competition and competitive spirit A commitment to continuous improvement, striving to consistently exceed personal sales metrics The ability to prioritize, organize, and multitask A high school diploma or GED Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus Property & Casualty license a plus 3 years of commission-based sales experience 3 years of negotiation experience 3 years of call center experience 3 years of contract sales experience Salary and Benefits As an industry leader, Endurance provides competitive compensation with full and part-time opportunities.
