Lead and manage the Region Clinical Manager, fostering a collaborative environment that promotes the development of the region's clinical consultant team members. Direct sales performance in the specified region, analyzing market trends and competitor activity to inform strategic decisions. Identify, hire, retain, and develop top talent through proactive performance management, ensuring that your team has the skills and expertise needed to succeed. Develop and execute strategies for launching new accounts and increasing penetration in existing accounts, leveraging your knowledge of the market and customer needs. Establish effective communications with executives and managers across arenaflex, ensuring that the needs of the sales team are understood and addressed. Lead complex sales negotiations, particularly with larger prospects, utilizing your expertise and persuasive skills to secure key deals. Collaborate with cross-functional departments within arenaflex to support region growth, driving a cohesive and integrated approach to business development.
