About the Role We are seeking a dynamic sales leader to join our team at blithequark. As a sales leader, you will be responsible for motivating and leading teams to produce exceptional results. Your primary focus will be on managing the sales and clinical teams for your assigned territory, nurturing our culture of trust, honor, and integrity, and partnering with the Region Clinical Manager to oversee the clinical consultant team members. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and executing sales strategies that result in the achievement of sales goals. Key Responsibilities Direct the region's sales activities to meet annual growth and revenue objectives, ensuring alignment with blithequark's overall mission and strategy. Lead and manage the Region Clinical Manager, collaborating on the direction and development of the region's clinical consultant team members to ensure seamless integration of sales and clinical efforts. Direct sales performance in the specified region, analyzing market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform strategic decisions. Identify, hire, retain, and develop talent through proactive performance management, ensuring that your team has the skills and support needed to excel in their roles. Develop strategies for launching new accounts and achieving greater penetration in existing accounts, leveraging market research, customer feedback, and sales data to optimize results. Establish effective communications with executives and managers across blithequark to ensure sensitivity to the needs of sales and facilitate cross-functional collaboration. Lead difficult sales negotiations, particularly with larger prospects, utilizing your expertise and knowledge of blithequark's products and services to drive successful outcomes. Collaborate with cross-functional departments within blithequark to support region growth, sharing insights and best practices to foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement. Essential Qualifications To be considered for this role, you will need to demonstrate the following essential qualifications: Proven success in sales leadership, with a track record of developing and executing sales strategies that drive results. Experience in managing and leading high-performing sales teams, with a focus on talent development and performance management. Strong understanding of the medical device industry, including market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clinicians, customers, and cross-functional teams. Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and inform business decisions.
