You'll develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our products and services, ensuring that you can provide accurate and timely information to customers. You'll also be empowered to take ownership of customer interactions, making decisions that meet both customer and organizational needs. **Key Responsibilities** * Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues related to billing, policy coverage, and policy changes through multiple channels, including phone, email, e-form, chat, and social media platforms. * Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring complete satisfaction and loyalty. * Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of arenaflex products and services, staying up-to-date on industry trends and regulatory requirements. * Collaborate with internal partners to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer experience. * Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance customer service skills and stay current on industry best practices. * Identify opportunities for process improvement and make recommendations for change. * Assist with peer development through information and knowledge sharing. **Specialized Knowledge & Skills Requirements** * Demonstrated experience providing customer-driven solutions or support in a customer-facing environment. * Basic knowledge and understanding of mathematics (arithmetic, averaging, percentages, etc.). * Demonstrated experience in a customer service environment, including face-to-face service or contact center, retail, insurance, hospitality, etc. * Ability to guide customers to resolution and provide exceptional support. * If unlicensed, proof of successful completion of the AD Banker On-Line Pre-Licensing Course for employee's resident state prior to 8:00am CT the Wednesday before start date or the offer will be rescinded. **Licenses** * Resident state licensing exam(s) for property and casualty producer licenses within 30 days of hire. * Property and casualty producer licenses for all operating and/or service states must be obtained within 60 days of hire. * Required to maintain current, active license(s) status by continuing education and meeting all state, operating, and regulatory requirements. **Travel Requirements** * Up to 10% travel, primarily for in-person engagement activities such as team meetings, trainings, and culture events. **Work Environment** * Primarily home-based role, with 80% of time spent working from home, proximate to one of our office locations (within approximately 35-50 miles). * On occasion, may be asked to travel to an office location for in-person engagement activities. **Physical Requirements** * Work that primarily involves sitting/standing. **Benefits** * Comprehensive medical, dental, vision, and wellbeing benefits that enable you to take care of your health. * Competitive 401(k) contribution, a pension plan, an annual incentive, 9 paid holidays, and a paid time off program (23 days accrued annually for full-time employees). * Student loan repayment program and paid-family leave available to support employees and their families. * Equal opportunity employer, committed to complying with all applicable federal, state, and local laws pertaining to non-discrimination, non-harassment, and equal opportunity. **How to Apply** If you're passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth, we encourage you to apply.
