Key Responsibilities: Deliver exceptional customer experiences through consultative selling and personalized service Utilize knowledge of arenaflex products and services to provide solutions and recommendations to customers Take orders, coordinate activities, and provide pricing and product information to customers Operate and maintain a wide variety of equipment, including printing, binding, and shipping equipment Manage the production queue and output, ensuring timely and accurate completion of customer orders Stock materials, manage retail supply, and complete assigned tasks based on priority Assist in the training of store team members and follow instructions of supervisors Demonstrate consultative behaviors in a retail environment to understand each customer's individualized needs Provide customer expertise in printing, signs and graphics, and shipping product lines Ensure all customer problems are resolved quickly and to the satisfaction of the customer Essential Qualifications and Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a high school diploma or equivalent education, as well as a minimum of 6 months of specialized experience in a customer-facing environment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential, as well as the ability to stand during entire shifts, move and lift 55 pounds, and bend/twist at the waist and knees on a consistent basis.
