Key Responsibilities Participate in both voice and non-voice processes as required, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment. Professionally manage inbound and outbound calls, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that all interactions are handled with courtesy and professionalism. Verify third-party information using online databases for accuracy, ensuring that all data is reliable and up-to-date. Review and finalize enrichment tasks as instructed during training sessions, demonstrating attention to detail and a commitment to quality. Essential Qualifications Experience in an outbound/inbound call center, inside sales, or similar customer service roles is advantageous, demonstrating a strong foundation in communication and customer service skills.
