Job Overview As a Remote Voice Data Entry Typist at blithequark, you will play a vital role in supporting our healthcare clients by ensuring the accuracy and quality of data. Key Responsibilities Participate in both voice and non-voice processes as required, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment. Professionally manage inbound and outbound calls, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that all interactions are handled with courtesy and professionalism. Verify third-party information using online databases for accuracy, ensuring that all data is reliable and up-to-date. Review and finalize enrichment tasks as instructed during training sessions, demonstrating attention to detail and a commitment to quality. Conduct data entry, vendor resource verifications, and board certifications, while following up with various state boards for status updates, ensuring that all tasks are executed timely and with high quality. Undertake additional responsibilities as needed, demonstrating a willingness to learn and take on new challenges. Essential Qualifications Experience in an outbound/inbound call center, inside sales, or similar customer service roles is advantageous, demonstrating a strong foundation in communication and customer service skills. Availability for 40 hours per week, commencing immediately, and a willingness to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment. Capability to work in a remote setting, with a stable internet connection and an adequate work-from-home setup, ensuring that all work is completed efficiently and effectively. Preferred Qualifications Computer proficiency, with experience in data entry and online research, demonstrating a strong foundation in technical skills.
