As a Virtual Customer Care Representative, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and making a positive impact on the lives of our customers and their pets. Key Responsibilities: Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, demonstrating empathy and professionalism. Assist customers in navigating the blithequark website, offering guidance on product selection, order placement, and tracking. Resolve customer concerns, including order issues, product inquiries, and billing questions, with a focus on first-contact resolution. Provide accurate information about blithequark's products, services, and policies. Collaborate with fellow team members and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction. Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively address customer needs. Essential Skills and Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you will need to possess strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a friendly and empathetic demeanor. Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required. A passion for pets and an understanding of pet-related products is highly desirable.
