Key Responsibilities Manage and coordinate tax audits, planning, and strategy for our clients, ensuring timely and effective resolution of tax matters. Review and analyze financial statements and reports to ensure tax compliance, identifying opportunities for tax savings and optimization. Provide tax advice on business decisions, taking into account the tax implications of various strategies and ensuring alignment with client goals. Assist in the preparation and review of income tax returns for high net worth individuals and corporations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with tax laws and regulations. Stay up-to-date with changes in tax law and regulations, communicating these changes to clients and team members to ensure awareness and compliance. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional service and support to drive client satisfaction and loyalty. Essential and Preferred Qualifications To succeed in this role, you'll need a strong background in tax review, income tax, and S Corp, with a minimum of 5+ years of experience in a tax manager role, preferably in the Accounting and Finance industry. A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required, with a Master's degree or CPA designation preferred. Key Skills and Competencies Proven experience with tax review, income tax, S Corp, gift tax, and corporation tax. Strong knowledge of federal and state tax laws and regulations. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex tax data and develop effective solutions. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and team members. Ability to work in a remote environment, with excellent organizational and time management skills.
