Key Responsibilities Distribute our Living Benefits Life Insurance products in your local community, utilizing our exclusive lead program or your own sales strategies. Build and maintain a strong client base, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring their needs are met. Participate in our comprehensive training program, including Zoom training calls, online training resources, and in-person boot camps. Work closely with our top-rated insurance carriers, such as Mutual of Omaha, Transamerica, and Foresters Financial, to offer competitive products to your clients. Set your own schedule and work at your own pace, whether that's full-time or part-time, and take control of your income. Essential and Preferred Qualifications Must-Haves: A valid life insurance license or willingness to obtain one (we offer a discounted pre-licensing course valued at $200). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to connect with clients and understand their needs. A willingness to learn and adapt to our sales system and product offerings. Nice-to-Haves: Prior sales experience, particularly in the insurance industry. A strong work ethic and self-motivation, with the ability to work independently. Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools.
