About the Role: Experienced Remote Recruiter We are seeking an ambitious and results-driven Recruiter to join our team in a fully remote capacity. As a Recruiter with Workwarp, you will have the opportunity to build your own book of business and run a full life cycle recruiting desk, working with a diverse range of clients and candidates across various industries. This is a unique chance to leverage your sales and recruitment skills to drive business growth, while also making a positive impact on people's lives and careers. With a competitive base salary of $50,000 plus uncapped commission, our Recruiters have the potential to earn an average of $80,000-$120,000 in their first year, with opportunities for career advancement and professional development. Key Responsibilities: Build and maintain a pipeline of new clients and candidates through lead generation, networking, and strategic outreach Utilize our state-of-the-art technology systems to source top talent and deliver exceptional recruitment services to clients Conduct thorough interviews, assessments, and reference checks to ensure the best fit for clients and candidates Negotiate salaries, benefits, and other employment terms on behalf of clients and candidates Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring high levels of client and candidate satisfaction Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to drive business growth and achieve company objectives Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve recruitment strategies and techniques Essential Qualifications and Skills: To succeed in this role, you will need: At least 1+ years of B2B sales experience or 6 months of recruiting experience A college degree (preferred but not required) Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills A strong desire to build a career in recruitment and make a meaningful impact on people's lives Resourcefulness, with the ability to research and analyze information to drive business results Proficiency in writing professional emails, creating engaging job ads, and developing effective recruitment strategies A high level of motivation, drive, and resilience, with a strong desire to succeed and exceed targets Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a focus on delivering exceptional results and exceeding client expectations Preferred Qualifications and Skills: Previous experience working in a remote or virtual team environment Familiarity with recruitment software, applicant tracking systems, and other technology tools Knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and best practices Experience working in a sales-driven environment, with a focus on achieving targets and driving business growth A strong network of contacts and connections within the recruitment industry Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits: At Workwarp, we are committed to supporting the growth and development of our team members.
