About the Role As a Remote Pharmacy Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for fielding inbound calls from our customers, pharmacies, and doctor offices, providing timely and accurate information, and resolving customer service issues in a professional and courteous manner. You will undergo virtual paid training from the comfort of your own home in Texas, where you will learn about our products, services, and policies, as well as develop the skills and knowledge necessary to excel in this role.
