Key Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer support via email, chat, phone, and web-based tools, ensuring timely and effective resolution of client inquiries and issues Accurately identify and troubleshoot technical and non-technical issues, escalating complex problems to internal team members as needed Demonstrate a strong understanding of our programs, learning content, and technical products, with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner Continuously strive to improve the quality of our support and service, both internally and externally, and contribute to the development of best practices and knowledge sharing within the team Monitor live online video conferencing events and provide live immediate assistance to participants as needed Requirements and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a unique blend of technical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
