Job Overview We are seeking an experienced and skilled Remote Part Time Flexible Customer Care Representative to join our team. As a customer care representative, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional service to our valued customers, resolving complaints, and driving sales growth through up-selling and cross-selling. Key Responsibilities Provide inbound phone-based customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving complaints in a professional and courteous manner Manage relationships with customers, generating additional sales by up-selling and cross-selling our products and services Process orders, handle returns, and perform various administrative tasks as required Communicate with customers regarding all aspects of purchasing, owning, and returning our products, providing expert advice and support Simultaneously manage multiple computer applications and technology tools, efficiently navigating Windows (MS Office) programs such as Outlook and Excel Achieve detailed knowledge of our products and policies, becoming a Subject Matter Expert (SME) to provide expert service to our customers Adapt to frequent changes in policy, product offerings, and Call Center operations, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to learn Essential Qualifications Associate's degree or higher Two (2) years of in-bound, phone-based customer service and sales experience, strongly preferred Tech-savvy, with the ability to effectively use technology tools and resources required to successfully perform the duties and responsibilities of the job Experience working in Outlook and Excel Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact with customers and accurately record information Proven customer service skills, with a strong focus on providing top-notch, outstanding customer service Ability to work independently and as part of a larger, highly supportive team Ability to sit at a computer and work on the phone for extended periods Preferred Qualifications Previous experience working in a call center or customer service environment Knowledge of e-learning platforms and educational products Experience with sales and upselling techniques Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities Requirements for Remote Work Secure home office environment, free from background noise and distractions, conducive to phone-based customer service support Reliable high-speed internet ISP connections, consistently providing minimum upload/download speeds of 10 megabits per second Schedule flexibility to work the required hours, including weekends and holidays Training and Development We provide an in-depth, fully paid 2.5-week training program to all selected candidates, scheduled from 10 AM to 7 PM, Monday to Friday. This comprehensive training will equip you with the knowledge and skills necessary to excel in your role and provide exceptional service to our customers.
