Evaluate customer interactions and escalate issues to the Online Chat Manager when necessary, ensuring seamless resolution and minimal disruption to our clients. Develop relationships with new customers to better understand their needs and provide personalized support, fostering loyalty and trust in arenaflex. Accurately, concisely, and appropriately respond to customer questions, inquiries, requests, and problems, demonstrating a deep understanding of our products and services. Promote interest in arenaflex products and services, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell, and contributing to the growth of our business. Consistently achieve established standards of the position, demonstrating a commitment to excellence and a customer-centric approach. Essential Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent, demonstrating a foundation in education and a commitment to learning.
