Key Responsibilities Respond to incoming customer live chats regarding website navigation issues, service questions, and general client concerns in a timely and professional manner Evaluate customer interactions and escalate issues to the Online Chat Manager when necessary, ensuring seamless resolution and follow-up Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers, taking the time to understand their needs and provide personalized support and solutions Provide accurate, concise, and appropriate responses to customer questions, inquiries, requests, and problems, utilizing your excellent communication skills and product knowledge Promote interest in blithequark's products and services, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell where applicable Consistently achieve established standards of the position, demonstrating a commitment to excellence and a customer-centric approach Portray and project a positive and professional image, maintaining a high level of integrity and professionalism in all interactions Provide administrative support to the customer service team, assisting with overflow work and other duties as needed Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent Experience in customer service, preferably in a remote or online environment Strong telephone etiquette and excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Familiarity with CRM tools and technology, with the ability to quickly learn new systems and software Ability to manage multiple tasks at once, prioritizing and organizing your workload to meet deadlines and achieve goals Ability to adapt to different personalities and communication styles, demonstrating empathy and understanding in all interactions Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following preferred qualifications will be considered an asset: Previous experience working in a remote or online customer service environment Knowledge of blithequark's products and services, or similar industry experience Experience with live chat software and technology Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications Bilingual or multilingual skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients from diverse backgrounds Skills and Competencies To excel in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and competencies: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating a high level of self-motivation and discipline Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and deadlines Ability to adapt to change and uncertainty, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to learn and grow Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At blithequark, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
