Key Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries via live chat, email, or other communication channels in a timely and professional manner. Resolve customer issues and concerns, providing solutions and alternatives when necessary. Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty. Utilize our Service Autopilot tool to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including chat transcripts and issue resolutions. Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed support. Requirements and Qualifications Essential Qualifications: Access to a reliable laptop, phone, or tablet with a stable internet connection. Basic English writing skills and excellent communication skills. Ability to work in a remote setting with minimal supervision.
