Essential Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred, with a focus on customer service, communications, or a related field. 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a live chat environment, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences. Excellent communication, listening, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and loyalty. Strong customer service skills and a customer-centric attitude, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office, with the ability to learn new systems and technologies quickly. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends (if required), to ensure that our customers receive support when they need it.
