You will also process orders, returns, and exchanges as needed, collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues, and document customer interactions using our CRM software. Your goal will be to meet and exceed customer service metrics and goals, ensuring that every customer interaction is a positive and memorable experience. Key Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner via live chat, ensuring that all customer concerns are addressed promptly and efficiently. Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a fair and satisfactory manner, utilizing your excellent problem-solving skills and customer-centric approach to turn negative experiences into positive outcomes. Provide product information, features, and benefits to customers, helping them make informed decisions about our energy services and products. Process orders, returns, and exchanges as needed, ensuring that all customer transactions are handled smoothly and efficiently. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues, working closely with our sales, marketing, and technical teams to ensure that all customer needs are met. Document customer interactions using our CRM software, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions and ensuring that our customer database is always current and comprehensive. Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need to have a high school diploma or equivalent, although an associate's or bachelor's degree is preferred. You should also have at least 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a live chat environment, and excellent communication, listening, and problem-solving skills. The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities is essential, as is a strong customer service focus and a customer-centric attitude. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office is also required, as well as the ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends (if required). Essential Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred. 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a live chat environment. Excellent communication, listening, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities. Strong customer service skills and a customer-centric attitude. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends (if required).
