Job Summary We're seeking a fully remote Live Chat specialist to handle live chats from customers and provide timely, effective support. As a Live Chat specialist, you will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing product information. Key Responsibilities: Respond to live chats from customers in a timely and professional manner Provide accurate and detailed information about our products and services Resolve customer complaints and issues in a fair and efficient manner Utilize our CRM system to track customer interactions and update customer records Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and issue resolution Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics Requirements: To be successful in this role, you must possess the following essential qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred 1-2 years of experience in customer support, preferably in a live chat or chat support environment Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently in a remote setting with minimal supervision Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Proficiency in CRM software and live chat platforms Availability to work 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday, 9am-6pm EST (or equivalent time zone) Preferred Qualifications: We also welcome candidates with the following skills and experience: Experience in the shipping or logistics industry Knowledge of shipping containers and related products Multilingual skills (ability to communicate in multiple languages) Previous experience with commission-based sales or customer support What We Offer At blithequark, we're committed to providing our team members with a comprehensive compensation package and a supportive work environment.
