Essential Qualifications To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you must possess the following essential qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., customer service, marketing, communications) preferred. Minimum 1-2 years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in live chat or similar support environments. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a customer-centric approach to resolving issues and concerns. Ability to work independently in a remote setting, with minimal supervision, and maintain a high level of productivity and motivation. Proficiency in using technology, including live chat software, CRM systems, and other digital tools, to support customer interactions and internal processes. Flexibility to work 40 hours a week, Monday to Friday, 9am-6pm EST, with occasional adjustments to accommodate business needs.
