Job Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Remote Licensed Customer Service Representative to join our team in Salt Lake City, Utah. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be supporting one of the largest insurance providers in the U.S., assisting with entry-level auto and property policies, and providing exceptional customer service to policyholders. You will receive, review, and process calls regarding customer insurance policies, addressing questions, concerns, and modifications to policies. While waiting for your license to be processed, you will focus on handling billing calls, ensuring a smooth and efficient customer experience.
