Job Overview: IT Infrastructure Program Manager - Remote We are seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure Program Manager to join our team on a remote basis. As a key member of our IT team, you will be responsible for providing architectural frameworks for information system development, maintenance, and enhancement efforts. You will work closely with developers and engineers to develop roadmaps for applications, align development plans, and ensure effective integration among information systems and IT infrastructure. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement architectural frameworks for information system development, maintenance, and enhancement efforts Collaborate with developers and engineers to develop roadmaps for applications and integration Align development plans and ensure effective integration among information systems and IT infrastructure Monitor technological advancements to ensure that solutions are continuously improved, supported, and aligned with industry and company standards Understand the interactions between systems, applications, and perform usability testing to ensure performance and reliability Enhance scalability and meet security requirements Manage 5-20 direct reports and 2-3 projects at a time, ensuring timely and successful delivery Work cross-functionally with key stakeholders in different time zones, utilizing strong video conferencing skills Essential Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you will need: 3-10 years' experience in IT project management, with a focus on cloud and datacenter solutions 3+ years' experience designing, implementing, and maintaining organization systems and/or IT infrastructure Experience working with developers and engineers to develop roadmaps for applications and integration Strong attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects and direct reports simultaneously Experience with cloud solutions software, such as AWS, Oracle, Azure, etc. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote environment Preferred Qualifications: While not essential, the following qualifications are highly desirable: PMP certification Experience with Agile, Waterfall, Scrum, or other project management methodologies Strong understanding of IT service management frameworks, such as ITIL Experience with cloud security and compliance frameworks, such as HIPAA, PCI-DSS, etc. Skills and Competencies: To excel in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and competencies: Strong technical skills, with a deep understanding of cloud and datacenter solutions Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and direct reports Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote environment Ability to think strategically, with a focus on delivering business outcomes Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex technical issues and develop creative solutions Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At Workwarp, we are committed to helping our employees grow and develop in their careers.
