Role Overview and Responsibilities As a Remote Insurance Sales Representative at Workwarp, you will play a vital role in connecting with clients who have requested our expertise in various insurance services. Your primary responsibilities will include: Building relationships with clients to understand their insurance needs and provide tailored solutions Presenting and explaining our insurance products, including mortgage protection, final expense, term and whole life insurance Following up with clients who have requested information about our services, ensuring a seamless and personalized experience Meeting and exceeding sales targets, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service and building a strong reputation in the industry Collaborating with our team to share best practices, stay updated on industry trends, and contribute to the growth and development of our company No Experience? Our training includes: Free comprehensive training, covering the fundamentals of insurance sales, our products, and industry best practices Personal mentorship, providing guidance and support every step of the way A collaborative work environment, where you can connect with experienced representatives, share ideas, and learn from their experiences Compensation and Benefits This is a 1099 sales position, offering a high-earning commission structure with unlimited potential. You will be paid directly by insurance companies, with fast pay and daily settlements. Our compensation package includes: 100% commission-based structure, with no base salary Average earnings: Part-time: $0 - $46,200 Full-time: $0 - $87,600 100% vested from day one, with no waiting period Monthly bonus opportunities, recognizing and rewarding your hard work and dedication No cap on income, allowing you to earn as much as you want, based on your performance and sales achievements Client Interaction and Business Growth Opportunity As a Remote Insurance Sales Representative, you will interact with clients who have requested our services, following up on leads and providing personalized support.
