Position Overview As a Remote/Hybrid Outbound Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for dialing outbound calls to potential customers who have expressed interest in specific products and booking appointments for business partners. You will maintain a high degree of data accuracy while booking appointments for members and provide excellent written and verbal communication consistently. Your ability to identify and escalate issues to supervisors when necessary and adapt to fast-changing guidelines and procedures while informing clients will be essential to your success in this role. Key Responsibilities: Dial outbound calls to potential customers who have expressed interest in specific products and book appointments for business partners Maintain a high degree of data accuracy while booking appointments for members Provide excellent written and verbal communication consistently Identify and escalate issues to supervisors when necessary Adapt to fast-changing guidelines and procedures while informing clients Utilize computer systems and software to manage customer interactions and data Collaborate with team members to achieve sales and customer service goals Participate in training and development programs to continuously improve skills and knowledge Essential Qualifications: To be considered for this role, you must have: High school graduate or G.E.D.
