Job Overview In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to patients, members, and customers, providing support and guidance to help them navigate the healthcare system. Key Responsibilities As a Healthcare Customer Service Representative at blithequark, some of your key responsibilities will include: Making outbound calls to patients, members, and customers to schedule appointments, assess healthcare needs, and provide support and guidance Conducting surveys and gathering feedback to help us improve our services and better meet the needs of our patients and members Providing welcome calls and assisting members and patients with benefits and insurance information Helping patients make informed decisions about their healthcare, and providing support and guidance to help them navigate the healthcare system Working collaboratively with our team to deliver exceptional customer service and support, and to identify opportunities for improvement Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records, and adhering to all relevant policies and procedures How to Thrive in a Remote Work Environment To be successful in this role, you will need to be self-motivated, disciplined, and able to work independently in a remote environment.
