Keeping detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints, using our customer relationship management (CRM) system. Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary to resolve customer issues and improve the overall customer experience. Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process, suggesting improvements and contributing to the development of best practices. Managing a team of junior customer service representatives, providing guidance, coaching, and support to help them achieve their goals and develop their skills. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: High school diploma, general education degree, or equivalent. Ability to stay calm and composed when customers are stressed or upset, remaining patient and professional at all times. Comfortable using computers and proficient in a range of software applications, including CRM systems and Microsoft Office. Experience working in customer support, preferably in a remote or call center environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues alike. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to resolve complex customer issues in a fair and efficient manner.
