About the Role We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Remote Financial Agent and Customer Service Representative to join our team on a part-time basis. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our staffing needs are met by recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and coordinating new employee training to maximize retention. You will also be responsible for creating and delivering financial plans to our clients, helping them to achieve their financial goals and secure their futures. Key Responsibilities Conduct calls with representatives to expand the reach of arenaflex and build strong relationships with our clients and partners Conduct appointments with potential clients, working around your schedule to ensure flexibility and convenience Become fluent in financial products, including obtaining required financial licenses (Life and Series 6) and optional licenses (Series 26, 63, 65) Train and onboard new hires, developing them into key team members and helping them to succeed in their roles Develop new hires into key team members, providing coaching, guidance, and support to help them achieve their full potential What You'll Need to Succeed To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a unique combination of skills, qualities, and experience.
