Key Responsibilities Manage the creation and updating of client accounts, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail Verify and maintain accurate client profile data, identifying and correcting any discrepancies Process approvals for online bidders, ensuring timely and efficient processing Perform data entry for client information, generate reports, and manage shipping directives, utilizing Microsoft Word and Excel to produce high-quality documents Update mailing lists and process bidder documentation, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records Confirm sales tax information, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and laws Track, analyze, and respond to client surveys, providing valuable insights and feedback to the team Assist with various administrative responsibilities as required, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to learn Essential and Preferred Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will require a high school diploma or equivalent, as well as a minimum of 2 years of data entry experience.
