Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to have: Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative, with a track record of delivering exceptional customer service and support. A strong phone contact handling skills and active listening, with the ability to communicate effectively and empathetically with clients. Familiarity with CRM systems and practices, with the ability to learn and adapt to new technologies and systems. Customer orientation and ability to adapt and respond to different types of characters, with a flexible and patient approach to client interactions.
