As a data entry specialist, you will be responsible for inputting customer information into our system, verifying customer records, and transmitting data to customers. You will also be required to facilitate auditing of customer-generated file listings against box contents, interface with operations, customer services, and account management, and escalate any serious operational issues to the data entry team leader.
