Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated remote data entry specialist to join our team at arenaflex. As a data entry specialist, you will be responsible for accurately processing customer information, ensuring completion within timed deadlines, and facilitating auditing of customer-generated file listings against box contents. You will also interface and coordinate with operations, customer services, and account management teams to ensure seamless delivery of our services. Key Responsibilities Accurately process customer information and ensure completion within timed deadlines, with a minimum of 6000 KPH Facilitate auditing of customer-generated file listings against box contents Interface and coordinate with operations, customer services, and account management teams Escalate any serious operational issues immediately to the Data Entry Team Leader Carry out duties deemed necessary by arenaflex management Ensure full compliance with Sarbanes Oxley and other key operating standards Ensure compliance with Health and Safety (including Fire and First Aid) & ISO standards, as well as arenaflex policies and procedures Process client information from transmittal sheets and boxes and input data onto SKP or DCS Use the system to verify customer records Set up DCS screens Transmit data to customers Research and resolve system data issues Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate the following essential qualifications: Good customer service behaviors Good verbal and written communication skills Ability to work and communicate confidently within a multicultural environment and with all levels of the organization Ability to input a large volume of data onto the system accurately, with meticulous attention to detail and ensuring that everything is input in a timely manner Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines Effective communication skills Sufficient relevant experience working within an operational service delivery role IT literate with knowledge of using all Windows-based packages (Word, Excel, Outlook) Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications are preferred: Data entry or administrative assistant experience Background in healthcare, warehouse work, delivery driving, customer service, or other related fields Experience working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines Skills and Competencies To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate the following skills and competencies: Strong organizational and coordination skills Ability to navigate a fast-moving environment with poise Able to take direction and prioritize tasks from multiple team members Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately in a timely manner Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At arenaflex, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
