Key Responsibilities As a Remote Data Entry Specialist at Blithequark, your primary responsibilities will include: Building automation, monitoring, and logging in remotely to multiple client systems and databases Running pre-built reports and queries to extract data from client systems or picking up pre-generated data Transferring data to our servers, editing, auditing, transforming, and performing quality control inspections of data files Developing and maintaining a thorough understanding of client data extracts and Blithequark's proprietary database Developing and maintaining a thorough understanding of Helix/Self Pay Database logic with regards to importing client files Multi-tasking, running different processes simultaneously on different computers in different windows Communicating with management-level personnel and above regarding client issues that arise and working collaboratively towards resolution with client/project teams Providing accurate and timely completion of all other tasks assigned by management/executive management/C-level Requirements and Qualifications To be successful as a Remote Data Entry Specialist at Blithequark, you will need: Essential Qualifications: A strong understanding of data management principles and practices Knowledge of the revenue cycle and its related processes Ability to adapt to change and be highly resilient in a fast-paced environment Excellent organizational, punctual, and reliable skills Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task Preferred Qualifications: Some SQL or Python knowledge is a plus Experience working with multiple systems and databases Familiarity with data quality control and inspection processes Skills and Competencies To excel in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and competencies: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team Strong time management and organizational skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities Schedule and Work Environment As a Remote Data Entry Specialist at Blithequark, you will be required to work from home and be available from 3:30 AM to 11:30 AM PST.
