We believe in empowering our employees to reach their full potential and providing them with the tools and resources they need to succeed. **Job Summary** The Remote Data Entry Specialist will be responsible for carrying out regular reconciliation, trade, and transfer activities for various investments. This role requires a high level of accuracy, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. The successful candidate will be able to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. **Key Responsibilities** * Process exchange deal purchases in client profiles and identify/solve discrepancies between arenaflex and fund firms or transfer agents * Process Corporate Action Events, settle/reconcile move tasks, and process/reconcile reward tasks * Conduct research and analysis of complex/escalated issues and perform testing/validation of new technology enhancements and provider improvements * Accomplish tasks in Investing, Dividends, Transfers, Reconciliations, and Corporate Actions that directly impact the Client/Advisor account * Communicate with Retail and Institutional Service Teams through email, phone, Slack, Expectation, and Salesforce * Represent arenaflex in our daily relationships with fund providers, transfer brokers, converse agencies, and other external business partners **Essential Qualifications** * 2+ years of experience in data entry, reconciliation, or a related field * Strong understanding of financial transactions, including investments, dividends, and transfers * Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills * Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel * Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM software **Preferred Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as finance or accounting * Experience with TD Ameritrade or a similar financial platform * Knowledge of regulatory requirements, such as 2340 and 15C3-3 * Experience with tax programming and coding * Familiarity with internal/external system enhancements or concerns **Skills and Competencies** * Strong attention to detail and accuracy * Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills * Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel * Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM software * Ability to learn and adapt to new systems and technologies **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** arenaflex is committed to providing our employees with opportunities for growth and development.
