This is a temporary, contract position of 40 hours per week, lasting 6 months, with the potential for a full-time role upon successful completion. Key Responsibilities Maintaining the confidentiality of information, adhering to blithequark's data protection policies and procedures. Entering customer and account data by inputting both text and numerical information from source documents within specified deadlines, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail. Compiling, verifying accuracy, and organizing information based on priorities to prepare it for computer entry, utilizing strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills. Reviewing data for errors or deficiencies, correcting incompatibilities when possible, and checking the final output to ensure quality and precision. Researching and gathering additional information for incomplete documents, demonstrating initiative and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Applying data program techniques and procedures, staying up-to-date with best practices and industry developments. Generating reports, storing completed work in designated locations, and performing backup operations, ensuring data integrity and security. Qualifications and Skills To succeed as a Data Entry Clerk at blithequark, you will need to possess a combination of administrative skills, technical abilities, and personal qualities. The essential qualifications include: High School Diploma or Equivalent, demonstrating a strong foundation in education. Minimum 2 years of experience with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
