Job Overview We are looking for a dedicated and self-motivated individual to fill a part-time Data Entry Specialist role, working remotely from the United States. As a key member of our Finance team, you will be responsible for supporting the financial operations of our dental implant centers, ensuring accuracy, and maintaining confidentiality. This position offers a hybrid remote schedule after completing the training period, allowing you to work independently and efficiently. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with the accounting manager to enter and reconcile daily data from each location, utilizing your sharp eye for detail and critical thinking skills. Understand and embody blithequark's company values, handling confidential patient information with discretion and professionalism. Enter data from each center's daily report into the Excel tracking sheet, following up with center management to obtain missing documents or information as needed. Enter monthly patient feedback scores into the master case tracker, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail. Reconcile data across multiple sources into a daily report for the accounting manager, demonstrating your ability to analyze and interpret data. Collaborate with the sales and management team to ensure accuracy, attending weekly meetings with the accounting manager to check in and receive training as needed. Document new and existing policies and procedures, demonstrating your ability to learn and adapt to new software and procedures. Assist the accounting department with other tasks as needed, showcasing your flexibility and team-oriented attitude. Requirements and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you should possess the following essential qualifications: Strong attention to detail, with intermediate to advanced experience with Excel, including PivotTable experience. Data entry experience, with strong math and number skills, and the ability to think critically and work independently. Good communication skills, with the ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
