Key Responsibilities Transfer confidential data from paper and/or electronic (typed) formats into billing software (Timeslips) using a keyboard, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail. Type in data provided directly from staff, maintaining a high level of accuracy and efficiency. Verify data by comparison and generating reports, ensuring that all information is accurate and up-to-date. Sort and organize paperwork (electronic and hard copy) following data entry, maintaining a high level of organization and attention to detail. Qualifications and Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills: High School Diploma or equivalent required, demonstrating a strong foundation in education and a commitment to learning. Prior work experience in data entry, preferably in a medical, legal, or insurance claims office, although not essential. Typing proficiency, with a preferred level of at least 45 wpm accuracy and no errors, demonstrating a high level of attention to detail and efficiency. Some understanding of the internal processes of medical facilities and med-legal terminology, although training will be provided to ensure that you have the necessary knowledge and skills.
