Key Responsibilities Inputting customer and account data from source documents within designated time limits, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail. Compiling, verifying, and sorting information to prepare source data for computer entry, identifying and correcting any errors or discrepancies. Reviewing data for deficiencies or errors, researching and obtaining further information for incomplete documents, and checking the output to ensure quality and consistency. Generating reports, storing completed work in designated locations, and performing backup operations to ensure data security and integrity. Scanning documents and printing files as needed, maintaining organized and up-to-date records and files. Maintaining confidentiality in accordance with security policies, handling sensitive information with discretion and professionalism. Essential Qualifications To be considered for this role, you must possess: A high school diploma or equivalent, demonstrating a foundation in basic education and skills. Proven data entry work experience, either as a Data Entry Operator or Office Clerk, with a strong track record of accuracy and efficiency. Experience with MS Office and data programs, including proficiency in Word, Excel, and other relevant software applications.
