Job Overview We are looking for a proficient Data Entry Operator who can update and sustain our databases and computer systems with precision and swiftness. Key Responsibilities Review 40-60 work orders, analyze field reports, and make updates to work orders accordingly, ensuring accuracy and consistency. Receive and process invoices for payment, updating invoice details as necessary, and maintaining precise records. Generate template files, download and pre-process multiple datasets in Excel, and perform other data-related tasks as required. Prepare and send weekly progress reports to management on closed work orders, highlighting key achievements and areas for improvement. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, ensuring compliance with blithequark's guidelines and regulatory requirements. Requirements and Qualifications To be considered for this role, you will need to meet the following essential qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. Good command of English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Excellent knowledge of MS Office, particularly Word and Excel, with the ability to learn new software applications quickly. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote team environment. Ability to concentrate for lengthy periods, perform accurately with adequate speed, and meet productivity targets. Proficient touch typing skills, with a high level of accuracy and efficiency. Preferred qualifications include: Previous experience in data entry, administration, or a related field. Advanced skills in MS Office, particularly Excel, with experience in data analysis and reporting. Familiarity with database management systems and software applications.
