Key Responsibilities Perform data entry tasks with high accuracy and efficiency, ensuring timely completion of projects and deliverables Collaborate with our team to identify and resolve issues related to Clinical Adjudication tasks and PA overrides Work on various projects, including CAPAS operations, and contribute to the implementation of process improvements Support the development and maintenance of carrier catalog offerings and patron PA documents Run queries in RxClaim or Data Warehouse to analyze data and identify trends Articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical users and provide excellent customer service Utilize MS Access database and Microsoft Office Suite to perform tasks and generate reports Essential Qualifications 1-2 years of analytical experience working with large data sets for projects or trending/possibility identification Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical users Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision Ability to work in a matrixed environment and demonstrate CVS Health values, including collaboration and accountability Preferred Qualifications RxClaim experience, particularly in adjudication related to PA overrides Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite, including MS Access database Ability to run queries in RxClaim or Data Warehouse Experience with Clinical Adjudication tasks and CAPAS operations Skills and Competencies Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and identify trends Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical users Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of accountability and collaboration Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including MS Access database Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At CVS Health, we are committed to the growth and development of our team members.
