Key Responsibilities Manage and update logistics data efficiently for designated vendors, ensuring accuracy and consistency in all data entry tasks. Identify and resolve delivery or vendor-specific issues with precision and professionalism, escalating more complex challenges to supervisors for appropriate resolution. Maintain effective communication with vendors, addressing concerns and adjusting schedules as necessary to ensure seamless operations. Collaborate with colleagues to rectify inaccurate merchant data, ensuring data integrity and consistency across all platforms. Gather item-level data from merchants, aligning it with internal catalog details to ensure accuracy and consistency. Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of blithequark's logistics and supply chain processes, providing support and guidance to team members as needed. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: Previous experience in data entry or a related field, with a strong focus on accuracy in data management. Strong organizational skills and a keen attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
