Generate reports, store completed work in designated locations, and perform backup operations, ensuring data security and compliance. Scan documents and print files as needed, maintaining a high level of productivity and efficiency. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion, adhering to arenaflex's data protection policies and procedures. Respond to queries for information and access relevant files, providing excellent customer service and support to internal stakeholders. Ensure proper use of working equipment and address any malfunctions, demonstrating technical proficiency and troubleshooting skills. Essential Qualifications Proven data entry work experience, as a Data Entry Operator or Office Clerk, with a strong track record of accuracy and attention to detail. Experience with MS Office and data programs, including proficiency in Excel, Word, and other software applications. Familiarity with administrative duties, including data management, record-keeping, and filing systems. Experience using office equipment, such as fax machines, scanners, and printers, with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues. Typing speed and accuracy, with a minimum of 40 words per minute and 95% accuracy. Excellent knowledge of correct spelling, grammar, and punctuation, with strong written and verbal communication skills. Attention to detail, with a high level of accuracy and quality in work products. Confidentiality, with the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain data protection protocols. Organization skills, with the ability to stay focused on assigned tasks, prioritize work, and meet deadlines. High school diploma; additional computer training or certification will be an asset, demonstrating a commitment to ongoing learning and professional development. Preferred Qualifications Post-secondary education in a related field, such as business administration, computer science, or information technology. Experience with database management systems, including data entry, retrieval, and analysis. Knowledge of data quality control principles and practices, with the ability to identify and correct errors.
