Job Overview The Data Entry Operator will play a vital role in entering information with a high degree of speed and accuracy, inputting large amounts of data into our customer information system and other software. This position requires excellent judgment, independent thinking, and personal initiative. Key Responsibilities Establish and maintain utility accounts with precision and attention to detail Verify account eligibility and accessibility to ensure seamless customer experience Prepare, distribute, and complete work orders in a timely and efficient manner Prepare files for mass customer communications, ensuring accuracy and consistency Assist with mailing billing statements and other notices generated in-house Scan or retain documents, maintaining organized and secure records Perform monthly audits of incomplete account transfer requests to ensure data integrity Enter data into Key Performance Indicator tracking databases to support business insights Perform other related duties as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability Essential Qualifications To be considered for this role, you must possess: A High School Diploma or an acceptable equivalency diploma (GED) Two (2) years of experience as a high-volume data entry operator or typist Strong computer skills, typing, and accuracy, with the ability to pass skills testing 10-key skills, with the ability to pass skills testing Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications are preferred: An Associate's degree in Business Administration, Data Entry, or related fields Two (2) years of experience as a high-volume data entry operator or typist Advanced computer skills, with experience in data entry software and systems Skills and Competencies To succeed in this role, you must possess: Attention to detail : ability to accurately enter large amounts of data with minimal errors Organizational skills : ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines Communication skills : ability to effectively communicate with team members and customers Technical skills : proficiency in data entry software, Microsoft Office, and other relevant systems Adaptability : ability to adapt to changing priorities, processes, and technologies Career Growth and Learning Benefits At arenaflex, we are committed to supporting the growth and development of our team members.
