Ensure the accuracy of source documents, rectifying any discrepancies in data as needed and collecting additional information for incomplete documents. Update databases and eliminate unnecessary files, rearranging and consolidating data from various source documents when necessary. Enter data into designated databases, files, and forms, transcribing information into required electronic formats and digitizing documents into document management systems or databases. Review completed tasks for accuracy and completeness, safely storing finished documents in appropriate locations and maintaining logs of activities and tasks performed. Respond to information requests and access relevant files, printing necessary information as requested and adhering to data integrity and security protocols. Maintain office equipment and supply inventories, ensuring that all necessary materials are available and functional. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent, with prior experience in data entry being advantageous but not mandatory.
