Key Responsibilities Place outbound client contacts, follow-up emails to clients, and respond to general inquiries, ensuring timely and effective communication. Update and maintain customer telephone call database, including updating and acting on client service logs and all client accounts, to ensure accurate record-keeping. Provide managerial support, including profile page creation and updating, to ensure seamless operations. Perform filing, data entry, and document generation tasks, maintaining high levels of accuracy and attention to detail. Create and improve customer service concern tickets, ensuring prompt resolution of customer issues. Assist in the planning of all mail associated with the client help process and handle special management projects, as well as spillover work from departments, including word-processing, data entry, and internet research activities. Greet and administer all visitors, suppliers, clients, job applicants, and customers, ensuring a professional and welcoming atmosphere. Perform general office duties, including filing, data entry, spreadsheet/report maintenance, mailings, and project work, to support the smooth operation of the office. Take responsibility for checking supply items, ensuring that the office is always well-stocked and equipped. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: Proficiency in MS Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook, to efficiently perform administrative tasks. Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and colleagues.
