Key Responsibilities As a Remote Data Entry Clerk at blithequark, your primary responsibilities will include: Placing outbound client contacts, follow-up emails to clients, and responding to basic inquiries in a professional and courteous manner Updating and maintaining customer call databases, including updating and acting on client service logs and all client accounts Providing administrative support, including profile creation and updating Filing, data entry, and document generation, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail Creating and resolving customer service issue tickets, utilizing problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach Assisting in the planning of all mail associated with the client help process and handling special management projects, as well as overflow work from departments featuring word-processing, data entry, and Internet research activities Managing the company's entrance hall region, greeting and administering all visitors, suppliers, clients, job applicants, and customers, and directing and seating all guests to their designated offices and meeting rooms Performing general office duties, including filing, data entry, spreadsheet/report maintenance, mailings, and project tasks Responsible for inspecting supply items, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail Essential Qualifications To be considered for this role, you must: Be able to work from home (remote work arrangement) Be proficient in MS Office Suite, with excellent typing skills and attention to detail Possess great oral and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients and team members Have proven ability to follow instructions and facilities rules to perform essential job functions Demonstrate analytical capacities, with the ability to multitask and focus on requests Be proactive and focused, with a high level of attention to detail and solid organizational skills Have problem-solving abilities, with the ability to work independently and address internal issues Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications are preferred: Previous experience in a data entry or administrative role, with a proven track record of accuracy and attention to detail Experience working in a remote or virtual environment, with the ability to self-motivate and manage time effectively Advanced skills in MS Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and Outlook Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software or other database management systems Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At blithequark, we are committed to the growth and development of our team members.
