You'll be the first point of contact for our clients, handling a wide range of inquiries and requests. Your primary responsibilities will include data entry, customer service, and administrative tasks, all while working remotely from the comfort of your own home. **Key Responsibilities:** * Place outbound customer contacts, follow-up emails to customers, and respond to basic inquiries in a timely and professional manner. * Update and maintain customer call data, including improving and following up on customer support logs and all customer profiles. * Manage support requests; create and update customer service issue tickets. * Support in the preparation of all correspondence associated with the customer assistance process and manage unique management ventures, including overflow work from teams, such as word-processing, data entry, and Internet research jobs. * Manage the business's lobby area: greet and direct all visitors, merchants, clients, job applicants, and customers.
