Job Overview We are offering a unique opportunity for a Remote Data Entry Associate to work with our team and contribute to the success of our clients. As a Remote Data Entry Associate, you will be responsible for processing documents electronically, making outbound calls to doctors' offices, processing claims, and ensuring document classification is completed and transmitted to clients. You will also receive documents from both electronic and hard copy forms for processing, sort, image, document, file, and archive by form type, and identify documents and their purpose, creating a database of information. Key Responsibilities Process documents electronically and make outbound calls to doctors' offices as volume permits Process claims and ensure document classification is completed and transmitted to clients Receive, process, and ensure document classification is completed and transmitted to clients Sort, image, document, file, and archive by form type Identify documents and their purpose, creating a database of information Classify documents based on contract requirements Verify data from automated data extraction tools and ensure transmission of processed data to the appropriate next level Perform other duties as assigned and comply with all policies and standards Requirements and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to have a High School Diploma or equivalency, proficiency in MS Office, Teams, Outlook, and Word, and a secure workspace with high-speed internet. You must also be able to pass a typing test, sit for long periods, and be willing to work overtime if needed. Excellent customer service and communication skills, strong data entry skills, and experience with computers and navigating through application software are also essential.
